How To Avoid Indecision

Analysis paralysis occurs when too many choices leave us unable to decide. Even after making a choice, research shows that having more options often leads to more regret, not less.


In The Paradox of Choice, Barry Schwartz suggests a simple solution:

1) Identify your key criteria.

2) Choose the first option that meets them.
